Cancellations and Refund Policy
At Speedway Travel, we understand that emergencies happen and that you might unexpectedly need to change your plans. To help alleviate any pain that an unexpected cancellation might cause, you can call us and obtain travel insurance for your trip.
Below is our cancellation policy if you do not have travel insurance.
- You can cancel your reservation up to 60 days prior to the event without penalty.
- 59 day cancellation will incur a fee of 25% of the entire package amount.
- 30 day cancellation will incur a fee of 50% of the entire package amount.
- 10 day cancellation will incur a fee of 100% of the entire package amount.
